Job Role:
Ticketing Cashier

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for taking payments from customers, making changes and handling receipts
  • Responsible for the operation of selling tokens OR uploading customers value cards to the set performance standards. Able to work with POS systems
  • Responsible for the operation of collection and distribution of tokens OR customer value cards throughout the park
  • Required to work in shifts 4 to 6 days in a week as per pre-decided schedule
  • Provide an entertaining and enjoyable experience to guests on the park
  • Maintain and run assigned booth area along with other members of the team
  • To ensure that all safety checks are carried out and all documentation is completed, reporting in person any defects found to your supervisor
  • To ensure that the cash handling and security procedures are carried out to the full

Job Requirements

  • Mathematical & cash handling abilities
  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Willing to work long hours on shifts in a competitive environment
  • Some cashier experience preferred with 2+ years of experience
  • To have some experiences in working with POS system
